Tanoan is Abq's only gated and walled golf course community. Homes range in price from $250,000 for small patio homes and townhomes, to $2,000,000 homes of custom quality and features.

The membership-only country club features a 27-hole golf course, fine dining and first-class shopping for pro shop items. Tanoan also has 14 tennis courts, a junior Olympic-size pool, diving tank, toddler pool and snack bar.

The Tanoan east gate entrance is located east of the Eubank and Academy intersection, on Academy. The east portion of Tanoan  includes the Tanoan Country Club building, swim, and tennis facilities.

Tanoan West is located west of Eubank on Academy. It includes single family residential and several smaller lot town home and patio home subdivisions.
